The Kathetus operating model

The cathetus is the structural leg that makes the whole geometry work. Kathetus is built to play the same role on complex projects: a grounded, accountable line between design intent and field reality.

We coordinate the people, information, controls and specialty services that determine whether a project stays safe, buildable, documented and ready for turnover. Our role may be prime contractor, subcontractor, supplier, safety-management provider, construction-management partner or specialty trade coordinator.

Where a contractor license, engineering seal, environmental authorization, certified welder qualification, accredited cleanroom certification or other specialty credential is required, that portion is performed or approved through appropriately licensed and qualified partners.

Kathetus in the field

A construction identity built for equipment, PPE and permanent signage.

The truck and hard-hat applications lead the field presentation, followed by architectural signage, perimeter branding and material applications. This keeps the top hero focused on high-rise construction while proving the brand lower on the homepage.
